The Maleka C Stephens Foundation core principle is to convey the importance of possessing the right mentality to achieve success.  We shall accomplish our mission through our quality leadership development programs.  We will work with individuals, groups, and organizations to demonstrate how leadership skills is a key component in order to thrive in their personal & professional lives.  The foundation shall share practical knowledge and experiences on how to develop leadership skills.
